An asset the size of land should be managed. The fact that there will never be more land made is all the reason to manage it appropriately. I respect all people, especially those in the wildlife and habitat industry. I personally have worked in many states; worked on land after other wildlife consultants. Landowners need to do all they can to make their property the best it can be. I will make it right and I will be accurate. My approach to carrying capacity and population densities may be different but landowners get it and it helps build their property the right way. - Matt Shurley
